By confirming your online order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Taxes, shipping and customs duties

Your order will be shipped by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All shipping, customs duties and import consumption taxes for the destination country will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

Please note that on rare occasions, the following situations or charges may arise:

Delays in customs clearance
Requests for additional documentation
Recalculation of customs duties and taxes
Redelivery or storage charges due to unsuccessful delivery (unattended address, etc)

While we will endeavour to assist, we are unable to accept responsibility for issues arising from legislation or customs regulations outside our control. We appreciate your understanding.

For orders to Mexico, please note:

Orders over US$300 will incur a significant customs charge upon delivery. We advise keeping the order total under US$300, or alternatively, orders over US$300 will be split and additional shipping fees charged accordingly.
Shipping of ink is suspended due to international shipping restrictions on liquids. If you would like to order items other than ink, we’ll be happy to arrange this for you — please contact us via our enquiry form.
